安保論議は権力（イデオロギー）闘争の単なる手段だった？国民侮蔑（憎悪）の岡田民主党！

　イスラム国の凶悪なテロ行為の犠牲になられた、パリ市民・フランス国民・その他の諸国民のすべてに対し、深く哀悼の意を表するものであります。

　また、現地へ駆けつけて献花すべき所ですが、諸事情により叶わぬため、すべてのパリ市民・フランス国民に対し、貴国の偉大な宰相であられたド・ゴール元大統領の『剣の刃』からの一節を捧げたいと思います。

　「戦争や試練や大危機に用をなす有為の人は、事なき時に、安っぽい資質、つまり、人好きのする軽薄な魅力を必ずしも振りまきはしない。

　気骨ある傑出した人物は、普通、武骨であり、非妥協的であり、社交嫌いである。

　民衆は密かに彼の優秀さや彼の正しさを漠然と認めはするが、愛したり優遇したりすることは稀である。

　したがって、平時の指揮官の選考は能力ある人物より人好きのする人物に傾くことになる。

　現代は軍隊の指揮官の養成や選考に不向きな時代である。

　この不安、動揺の時代に、我々はフランス軍の伝統の絆を絶ち切ってはならない。

　Russia launched a new aerial bombardment on Syrian rebels, helping President Bashar al-Assad's government reclaim territory it had lost.
Moscow said it hit 63 targets, destroying 53 of them, with many of the attacks Sunday in Tal Skik, a highland area of Idlib province that had been controlled by rebels fighting Syrian forces.
　As with recent sorties, Russia described the targets as belonging to Islamic State insurgents. But most of the positions have not been held by that group, but rather factions fighting the Assad government.
　In an interview with Russian state television, President Vladimir Putin defended Moscow's intervention in Syria, saying the objective is to stabilize the Damascus government and open the path for a political compromise.
　"When a division of international terrorists stands near the capital," Putin said, "then there is probably little desire for the Syrian government to negotiate, most likely feeling itself under siege in its own capital."
　The U.S.-led coalition fighting the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria said it staged another 24 aerial attacks against the insurgents in the two countries.

　民主党の岡田代表らも集団的自衛権を認めていた…ヒゲの隊長・佐藤正久氏の〝暴露〟に民主党猛反発（2015.9.16 09:00更新）

　１４日の参院平和安全法制特別委員会で、民主党の岡田克也代表ら歴代代表が以前、「集団的自衛権の行使を容認すべきだ」と主張していたことが明るみに出た。

　質問に立った自民党の佐藤正久氏が“暴露”した。民主党議員らはなぜか反発して議場はヤジに包まれ、審議は一時中断した。

　佐藤氏は、岡田氏の発言が掲載された平成１５年５月の読売新聞と「中央公論」１７年７月号、野田佳彦元首相の著書「民主の敵」から発言を抜き出してパネルに示した。佐藤氏の求めに応じ、石川博崇防衛政務官がパネルを読み上げた。

　「日本を防衛するために活動している米軍が攻撃された場合、日本に対する行為と見なし、日本が反撃する余地を残すのは十分合理性がある。今の憲法は全ての集団的自衛権の行使を認めていないとは言い切っておらず、集団的自衛権の中身を具体的に考えることで十分整合性を持って説明できる」（岡田氏、読売新聞）

　「仮に集団的自衛権を憲法なり、法律なりで認めるとしてもきちんと制限を明示したほうがよいだろう。いずれにせよ、より具体的な形で議論すべきだ。最後にはその時々のリーダーが政治生命をかけて決断しなければならない」（岡田氏、中央公論）

　「いざというときは集団的自衛権の行使に相当することもやらざるを得ないことは、現実に起きうるわけです。ですから、原則としては、やはり認めるべきだと思います。認めた上で乱用されないように、歯止めをかける手段をどのように用意しておくべきかという議論が大切になってくるわけです」（野田氏、著書）

　　佐藤氏は「まさに必要性を認めている。しかしなぜか６月の党首討論で岡田氏は『集団的自衛権は必要ない』と断言した」と指摘。

　岡田氏が米艦防護は個別的自衛権や警察権で対応できると主張を変えたことについて「外形上、他国防衛を集団的自衛権でなく個別的自衛権で行うのは危険だ」と切り捨てた。

　また、佐藤氏は、前原誠司元外相や長島昭久元防衛副大臣も行使を認める立場であることも付け加えた。

　民主・岡田氏がヒゲ隊長に「捏造だ。無責任」と猛反発（2015.9.17 20:34更新）

　民主党の岡田克也代表は１７日付のブログで、自民党の佐藤正久元防衛政務官が「岡田氏は過去に集団的自衛権の行使を認めていた」と参院平和安全法制特別委員会で指摘したことについて、「私の発言から都合のいい所だけを取り出した。まさしく捏造だ。自民党の（特別委）筆頭理事として無責任な態度だ」と反発した。

　　発端は１４日の特別委。佐藤氏は次のような過去の岡田氏の発言を紹介したうえで、岡田氏が「集団的自衛権はいらない」と主張していることに疑義を呈した。

　「日本を防衛するために活動している米軍が攻撃された場合、日本に対する行為と見なし、日本が反撃する余地を残すのは十分合理性がある。今の憲法は全ての集団的自衛権の行使を認めていないとは言い切っておらず、集団的自衛権の中身を具体的に考えることで十分整合性を持って説明できる」（平成１５月５月、読売新聞）

　　これに対し、岡田氏はブログで、同記事の発言には次のような続きがあることを紹介し、当時から「個別的自衛権の拡張」を唱えていたと主張した。

　「日本を守るため公海上に展開している米軍艦艇が攻撃された場合という限られたケースなので、むしろ個別的自衛権の範囲を拡張した方がいい。集団的自衛権という言葉を使わない方がいい」

　そのうえで岡田氏は、佐藤氏の指摘は結論部分を省略した「捏造」だと反論。

　ただ、「今の憲法は全ての集団的自衛権の行使を認めていないとは言い切っておらず」との部分はブログ中に引用せず、なぜか省略した。

　　岡田氏は「１０年以上前の対談での発言を部分的に切り取った」とも反論した。

　　しかし、岡田氏は昨年２月の衆院予算委員会でも、次のように発言している。

　「国民の生命や財産が侵略で損なわれようとしている。これは個別的自衛権だ。それに並ぶような事案について集団的自衛権を認める余地があるという議論はあっていい」

　岡田氏の見苦しい反論など、日本国民の一体誰が聞く耳を持とうか？

　バカバカしいを遥かに通り越して、民主党の反日的で極度の国民侮蔑の態度に対する激しい怒りがメラメラと込み上げてくるのは、果たして、私だけだろうか？

　ここまで、出鱈目、嘘つきの国民騙しの愚鈍政党「民主党」の議員団が、安保法案の参院本会議採決に出席して一票を投じたり、ましてや採決を実力阻止したりする資格があろうか？

　あるわけがなかろう、皆無、ゼロ！

　日本国民（有権者）を愚弄するのもほどほどにせよ、と強く抗議したい。

　岡田民主党には、日本国の国土、日本国民の生命（安全）・私有財産・自由の保護・自衛について全く関心がないことがこれで明白になった。

　これまでの岡田民主党の主張、「集団的自衛権行使反対！」、「安保法制反対！」、「戦争法案だ！」、「立憲主義を守れ！」、「憲法9条を死守せよ！」、「法案は民主主義に対する暴挙！」、「国民世論の無視！」等々は一体何だったのか？

　民主党とは、結党当初から政権公約（マニフェスト）違反、国民無視・愚弄、政治権力闘争のみの政治、の常習犯的愚鈍政党である。

　ゆえに、良識ある日本国民は次回の国政選挙や地方選挙では、全国の民主党議員を一人残らず落選させよう！

　最期に、もう一言、岡田民主党に、激甚な苦言を申し上げておく。

　嘘八百の国民騙し（国民侮蔑）政党・民主党は、安保法制参院本会議決議に出席して投票する資格も、本会議採決を実力阻止する資格も、ゼロ（皆無）である！

　消え去れ民主党！
